30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@velorinjewels.com with your order number.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your piece enters our crafting process, and cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or metal option. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-engraved or specially altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
